These terms apply to your use of the Diemmo Marketing website and to text messages you choose to receive from us. Contacting us does not create a service agreement. Any paid work will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Website information

Our website describes our services and approach. We work to keep it accurate, but examples of future business outcomes are illustrative and are not guarantees. You may use this site for your own information and to contact us about our services.

SMS program

LeadConnector is the independent software vendor for Diemmo Marketing and owns and maintains the chat widget and opt-in flow. When you use the widget, you may voluntarily provide your mobile number and select its separate, optional marketing consent checkbox. If you do, Diemmo Marketing may send promotional text messages about our marketing services, offers, and updates to the number you provide. Marketing consent is not bundled with consent to receive transactional messages, is optional, and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We will confirm your unsubscribe request, and you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@diemmo.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us, including mobile information and SMS consent.
